IMPORTANT

The Bitmap you select must be 320x400 in size.  However when it loads as your startup screen, it will be in full screen.  If the Bitmap is not 320x400, no startup screen will be present.  If you resize a Bitmap in MSPaint, go to Attributes in the Image menu item.
